This shot recipe is courtesy of John over at Happy Lobster Restaurant & Bar, located in Caye Caulker. The peculiar shot is a perfect blend of sweet and, well, just weird, but we like weird! And it just works! So head on down to Happy Lobster, or try this recipe for yourself. It’s great in batches, and will have your guests guessing as to what the ingredients are. It’ll be a big hit for your party, or a perfect dessert shot after dinner.

  • Purple Nurple

    • 0.75 oz Picasso Spirits Absinthe Rojo
    • 0.25 oz Blue Curacao
    • 0.25 oz Coconut Rum
  • Preparation of the Purple Nurple

    Are you ready for how extremely simple this shot is to prepare? Grab a shot glass and using a wet sponge or ice cube, line the edge. Then dip the shot glass in sugar, giving it a nice sugar rim. Fill a shaker with a couple of ice cubes and pour ingredients into the mix, and strain the mixture into the shot glass. Or pour the ingredients directly into the shot glass. Done. Enjoy.
