This recipe is courtesy of Lorita from Tipsy Tuna Sports Bar in Placencia, Belize. The “Lobster Tail” was the first runner up in our recent “Create a Drink Contest”. When this recipe was submitted, we immediately had to make one and try it out. And can we say that it is DELICIOUS? Try it for yourself!

  • Lobster Tail

    • 1 oz Picasso Spirits Spark
    • 1 oz Brandy
    • 3 oz Cranberry Juice
    • splahs of Grenadine
    • Orange Slice
  • Preparation of the Lobster Tail

    Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice cubes. While glass is chilling, combine ingredients (except orange slice) and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the shaker is frosted. Pour the ice out of the cocktail glass and strain mixture into glass. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
