Preparation of the Bit O’ Blarney
In a rocks glass, muddle 3 lime wedges. In a cocktail shaker, pour Picasso Spirits Absinthe Verde, Melon liqueur, and ice. Shake thoroughly until the shaker is frosted. Strain the mixture into the lime-muddled rocks glass. Top it off with a splash of ginger ale, and add a lime for garnish (optional).
